The organizers will confirm the stops and venues approximately 20 days before the tournament. Teams will be responsible for their own transportation from their hotel to the nearest stop.
To obtain these benefits, a payment must be made of ā¬130 per team as a reservation payment before 31-01-27. This payment will be deducted from the total amount due.
Teams that register after 31-01-27 will not be able to enjoy these benefits.
Package OPTION 3 ā Price Includes
- Registration of 10 players y 1 coach.
- Participation in the matches, between 3 or 4 depending on the teams registered in the corresponding category.
(The matches begin on Saturday, May 29th, early in the morning.) - Trophies for the top 3 teams and a souvenir for all participating players.

Raffle to fund participation
Booklets to finance participation ā TIM TWO Basket Xp
The organization will deliver to each registered player, through the reservation of a place, a booklet of 50 slips for a raffle. The goal is to help players finance their participation and reduce the expense for families.
Shipping checkbooks
- Shipment gratuitous* (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) by courier to team leader.
- They will be sent when the equipment is ready. registered and has been carried out first payment of the reservation within the established timeframe.
How to request shipping
After registering and making the first payment, you will need to send an email to tim@timxp.com requesting the shipment and indicating the delivery address.

Players who cause low after having received checkbooks they will have return them to the organization.
Once received, the tickets sold will be reviewed and their value calculated. will deduct from the total to be refunded.

ā ļø Tournament cancellation due to force majeure
If the tournament has to be cancelled due to force majeure beyond the control of the organizers or situations that cannot be attributed to negligence on the part of the organization, they cannot be held responsible for damages, costs or losses caused, such as transport, accommodation, economic losses, etc.
In this case, the tournament organizers will refund the full amount of the reservation fee to the registered players., less ā¬30.00, which will be kept in deposit for a future tournament.
