To reserve a team spot, the corresponding payment must be made before the deadline. See the tournament information sheet for more details.
⚠️ Tournament cancellation due to force majeure
If the tournament has to be cancelled due to force majeure beyond the control of the organizers or situations that cannot be attributed to negligence on the part of the organization, they cannot be held responsible for damages, costs or losses caused, such as transport, accommodation, economic losses, etc.
In this case, the tournament organizers will refund the full amount of the reservation fee to the registered players., less €30.00, which will be kept in deposit for a future tournament.

👥 Team Registration Cancellations
- Initial 72-hour warranty, Free cancellation for any reason. Return of 100% of what was paid without explanations.
- From 72 hours and up 45 days before the start of the tournament: the 100% paid will be returned, less €30 in management fees per cancelled team.
- Starting 44 days before the tournament: No refunds will be given, neither full teams nor individual places that leave the team with less than 8 players.

- Initial 72-hour warranty, Free cancellation for any reason. Return of 100% of what was paid without explanations.
- From 72 hours to 45 days before the tournament: 100% cancellation free for any reason and without explanation; all payments are refunded less €3 for administration fees.
- From 44 days to 10 days before the start of the tournament: the return will be 50% of the total paid.
- Starting 9 days before the start of the tournament: No refunds will be given.

- Covers by giving notice up to 7 days before the start of the tournament.
- Return of 100% of what was paid of the registration fee (less €3 for administration costs).

1. “Super Last-Minute” Guarantee”
- Player withdrawal due to injury or non-preexisting illness that prevents participation.
- Cover by notifying up to 4:00 PM on the day of check-in.
- Return of 100% of what was paid of the registration fee (less €3 for administration costs).
- Requirement: An official medical report must be submitted.
2. "In-Situ" Protection (Saturday on the Track)
- Player withdrawal due to injury suffered during the first day of the tournament that prevents participation. .
- Refund of 50% of the registration fee individual.
- Requirement: Essential medical report from the tournament insurance hospital.
3. Family Assistance Guarantee
- Inability to travel due to urgent hospitalization or death of a direct family member (parents/siblings).
- It covers incidents that occurred in the 2 days prior to the event.
- Return of 100% of what was paid of the registration fee (less €3 for administration costs).
- Requirement: Essential hospital certificate or legal document.
